Skanska sells Budapest office phase for EUR 98M
Skanska has sold the second phase of its H2Offices complex in Budapest, Hungary, to ERSTE Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund for EUR 98 million.
Skanska has divested the second phase of the H2Offices office complex in Budapest, Hungary, for EUR 98 million, approximately SEK 1.1 billion.
The buyer is ERSTE Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund, represented by ERSTE Alapkezelő Zrt. Skanska Commercial Development Europe will record the transaction in the third quarter of 2026, with the property transfer scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The second phase of the project offers a total leasable area of approximately 22,000 square meters. This entire space has been leased to a global company under a 10-year agreement, ensuring the project's financial stability prior to completion.
