Skanska has agreed to sell the second and final building in its Studio office development in Warsaw to Stena Real Estate AB for €159 million.

The transaction will be recognized by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the third quarter of 2026, with the property transfer expected in the fourth quarter of the year. The 26-storey office building, completed in late 2025, comprises approximately 27,700 square metres of leasable space.

The building is located in Wola, one of Warsaw's rapidly developing business districts. It will accommodate tenants from sectors including finance, energy, pharmaceuticals, technology, and professional services. The design emphasizes workplace flexibility and user wellbeing, incorporating digital systems and AI for building management.

The Studio complex's second building is pursuing multiple certifications for sustainability and quality, including LEED, WELL, and WiredScore. Stena Real Estate previously purchased the first Studio building in the second quarter of 2024.

Skanska is a global construction and project development company operating on select markets in the Nordics, Europe, and the USA, focused on creating sustainable solutions for future needs.
