Skanska to reconstruct 14 km motorway section in Czechia
Skanska has secured a contract with the National Highway Authority of the Czech Republic to reconstruct a 14-kilometer section of the D11 motorway near Prague. The contract is valued at CZK 757 million.

Skanska has signed a contract with the National Highway Authority of the Czech Republic for the full reconstruction of a 14-kilometer stretch of the D11 motorway near Prague. The contract is worth CZK 757 million (approximately SEK 340 million).
The project is expected to be included in Skanska's order bookings for Central Europe in the third quarter of 2026. The scope of work covers the entire pavement structure and related infrastructure.
Reconstruction efforts will include replacing the road pavement, upgrading interchange ramps, and refurbishing the rest area. Additionally, the project will involve the renewal of telematics, safety features, drainage systems, and barriers along the motorway section.
