Skullcandy's Bass-Focused Crusher Headphones Integrate Bose Noise Cancellation
Skullcandy has launched a new iteration of its Crusher wireless headphones, incorporating Bose's noise-canceling technology. The updated model aims to enhance audio quality while retaining the line's signature bass-boosting capabilities.

Skullcandy has introduced a new version of its Crusher wireless headphones, integrating audio technologies from Bose, including its QuietControl Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and head-tracking spatial audio features.
The Crusher line is known for its dual-driver system, employing both full-range and dedicated bass drivers in each ear cup to enhance low frequencies. This distinctive feature has historically led to a compromise in overall audio fidelity when the bass boost is heavily engaged.
To address these audio quality concerns, the new Crusher 1080 ANC model has been developed in collaboration with Bose. The incorporation of Bose's ANC is expected to mitigate some of the audio degradation associated with extreme bass levels and improve the listening experience.
The Skullcandy Crusher 1080 ANC headphones are available starting today for $279.99. They will be offered in four color options: black, candy, primer, and cement.
