SkyREM Secures $150 Million Credit Facility to Expand Industrial Portfolio
Real estate investment firm SkyREM has finalized a $150 million credit facility to fund industrial property acquisitions and rebalance its portfolio.
New York-based SkyREM, which manages over 12 million square feet of industrial space, has obtained a $150 million credit facility to accelerate its property acquisition strategy. The capital will target modern, mission-critical industrial assets across the United States.
Parallel to this expansion, the company is executing a capital recycling initiative. By disposing of non-core assets and reinvesting the proceeds into high-quality facilities with established tenants, SkyREM aims to improve its long-term portfolio stability. The firm intends to pursue a mix of individual asset purchases, portfolio acquisitions, and build-to-suit opportunities.
Founder Alex Dembitzer stated that the facility provides the necessary liquidity to act decisively in a market where capital access remains a competitive advantage. SkyREM recently demonstrated this capacity by completing four off-market transactions, relying on its internal operating platform to source deals without broad public marketing.
