Slättö Acquires Five Light Industrial Assets in Sweden and Finland

Real estate company Slättö has expanded its industrial property portfolio by acquiring five assets located in established industrial areas in Sweden and Finland. The acquisitions were made through the company's logistics and industrial platform, Evolv.

While the majority of the newly acquired properties are situated in Sweden, the transaction also includes assets in the Finnish market. The Nordic light industrial segment remains a key focus area for Slättö, with a continued strategy of portfolio roll-up.

The sector is expected to maintain its strength due to consistent tenant demand, positive rental growth, and attractive yields. Strong investor sentiment from both Nordic and international parties is reportedly supporting market development.
