Notable transactions include the conversion of an office building into a hotel in Copenhagen's Vesterbro district, the acquisition of a newly-built residential property in Søborg, Copenhagen, and logistics investments in Greve and Odense.

Slättö reports strong deal flow in Denmark and sees value-add opportunities across all three segments. Building on this momentum, the company is expanding its team in Denmark.
