Real estate company Slättö has divested its portfolio of four social infrastructure properties to Lanthem, a joint venture between Hemsö and Lantmännen. The transaction price for the properties, located in Borås, Alingsås, Gotland, and Karlstad, amounts to SEK 567 million.
The portfolio consists of four properties leased for elderly care, totaling approximately 13,800 square meters of leasable space. During its ownership, Slättö implemented active asset management and leasing strategies to stabilize the assets, securing long-term tenants primarily with municipalities and ensuring predictable cash flows.
The sale occurs amid sustained demand for social infrastructure assets. Lanthem, formed by Hemsö and Lantmännen, focuses on acquiring and managing properties crucial for community services in Sweden.
This divestment aligns with Slättö's strategy to reallocate capital towards different investment focuses. For Lanthem, the acquisition represents a continuation of its growth strategy in the social infrastructure sector.
