Property company SLP has acquired Stenåldern 5 in Malmö for SEK 73 million. The property, which includes approximately 4,200 square meters of lettable area, is fully leased to two tenants with an average remaining lease term of about 2.5 years. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 5.3 million.
The property is located in the Fosie industrial area, one of Malmö's most sought-after business districts, situated close to the E6 motorway. SLP already owns several properties in the vicinity.
This acquisition is expected to strengthen SLP's existing portfolio in Malmö. The property's flexible design and location offer potential for future value creation.
