SLP expands logistics property and extends lease by eight years
SLP is expanding the Glaskulan 19 logistics property in Linköping by 2,600 sqm and extending the lease by eight years until 2037. The investment totals approximately SEK 44 million.

Real estate company SLP is undertaking an expansion and conversion of its logistics property Glaskulan 19 in Linköping. The project involves adding 2,600 square meters and constructing a mezzanine level for the existing tenant, Hardford AB.
The investment is valued at approximately SEK 44 million. Concurrently, the lease agreement for the entire property with Hardford AB has been extended by eight years, running until December 31, 2037. This expansion will increase the annual rental value by approximately SEK 2.9 million.
Upon completion, the property's total annual rental income will reach approximately SEK 11.2 million. Hardford AB has previously occupied the entire property for its operational needs.
