SLP Leases Additional Space to Hårds Transport in Ljungby

Logistics property company SLP has signed an expanded lease agreement with Hårds Transport AB concerning the Lamellen 1 property in Ljungby, Sweden. The expansion includes approximately 1,400 square meters of additional warehouse space.
The new lease term begins on September 1, 2026, and runs through May 31, 2029, aligning with Hårds Transport's existing lease for the property. Following this expansion, Hårds Transport will lease a total of approximately 14,300 square meters at the Lamellen 1 site.
The additional annual rental income generated from this expansion is estimated at approximately SEK 0.6 million. Hårds Transport has been a tenant at the Lamellen 1 property for several years and is now increasing its leased area.
This expansion reflects a continued demand for modern logistics facilities in strategic locations. SLP focuses on owning, developing, and managing logistics properties across the Nordic region.
