SmartCraft subsidiary Locka expands AI platform integration with Klövern
SmartCraft-owned Locka is scaling its StudioAI platform through a partnership with developer Klövern to streamline visual content creation for residential construction projects.
SmartCraft subsidiary Locka is continuing the development of its StudioAI platform in collaboration with Swedish residential developer Klövern. The technology is designed to assist developers in generating and modifying visual content for new-build homes throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Visualizations are critical in the residential property market, particularly for projects still in the planning or construction phases where physical viewing is not possible. Conventional methods for creating these assets are often rigid and expensive, requiring material to be finalized well before project completion.
By utilizing artificial intelligence, Locka aims to make the production of marketing assets more agile. The platform allows developers to update visuals as projects evolve, facilitating ongoing marketing efforts from the initial launch through to the final hand-over of units.
