Smartee Extends GS MART Technology to Prosthodontic Care
Smartee Denti-Technology has launched its S22 system, expanding its GS MART technology for use in occlusal reconstruction.
SHENZHEN, China – July 10, 2026 – Smartee Denti-Technology has introduced S22: GS MART (Mandibular Repositioning Technology) for occlusal reconstruction in prosthodontics. The company announced this expands the clinical application of its GS MART technology into this field.
The project was jointly developed by Smartee Denti-Technology and the orthodontic team of Professor Gang Shen at Taikang Dental Group. GS MART has previously established itself as a clinical approach for managing complex malocclusions using specially designed clear aligners, emphasizing mandibular position and occlusal function.
The new S22 system explores the application of GS MART principles to occlusal reconstruction. It aims to establish a stable mandibular position through three-dimensional repositioning prior to definitive restorative rehabilitation for patients with severe dental wear or tooth loss, who often present with malocclusion. The development team states the digital workflow supports sequential treatment planning.
The S22 system is intended to foster collaboration among orthodontists, prosthodontists, and general dentists in managing complex occlusal conditions. It offers an integrated digital solution designed to preserve the respective functions of each specialty while enabling more coordinated treatment planning.
