Indian e-commerce brand Snitch has completed the acquisition of women's D2C fashion label Berrylush, marking an expansion into the women's apparel market. The acquisition is intended to build a more comprehensive portfolio of fashion brands.

Following the deal, Berrylush will maintain its brand identity and continue operations with its existing team, including co-founder Anusha Chandrashekar. Snitch plans to support Berrylush in areas such as product development, technology, supply chain management, marketing, and omnichannel retail.

Founded in 2018, Berrylush offers affordable apparel targeted at Gen Z and millennial women. The brand also operates Berrylush Curve for plus-size fashion and BIZwear for professional attire.

Snitch founder and CEO Siddharth Dungarwal stated the ambition to grow Berrylush into a INR 1,000 crore (approximately $120 million USD) women's fashion brand in the coming years. Snitch, established in 2019, originally focused on menswear and now operates 115 stores across India.
