Sobi Presents Clinical Data on Gamifant at Histiocyte Society Meeting

Sobi will present new clinical data on Gamifant (emapalumab) for the treatment of primary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Histiocyte Society (HS2026) in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from September 26–29.
The accepted abstracts feature a new pooled analysis of pre- and post-transplant survival outcomes from three prospective trials. Additional presentations include encore presentations of analyses in primary HLH and data from a post-authorisation study involving treatment-experienced Chinese patients.
These findings will be shared through multiple sessions, including oral and poster presentations. The data will cover various aspects of Gamifant's clinical development and real-world use in HLH patients, highlighting Sobi's ongoing commitment to advancing care for this rare blood disorder.
Gamifant is a monoclonal antibody targeting interferon-gamma and is the first and only approved treatment for HLH. It holds marketing authorization in the United States and the European Union.
