Sobi announced that seven abstracts on Aspaveli/Empaveli have been accepted for presentation at ASN Kidney Week 2026. The data cover longer-term outcomes, renal safety, and treatment experience.
Sobi announced that seven abstracts concerning its drug Aspaveli/Empaveli (pegcetacoplan) have been accepted for presentation at the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) Kidney Week 2026, held October 21–25 in Denver, Colorado, USA.
The presentations include two oral sessions and five poster sessions. These will cover longer-term clinical outcomes, renal safety, and treatment experience. The event will also feature the phase IV PRISM-C3 study, underscoring Sobi’s focus on generating real-world evidence.
The two oral presentations are set to report on 76-week outcomes for Aspaveli/Empaveli in patients with C3 glomerulopathy (C3G). Further sessions will explore patient treatment experiences and the drug's effects on kidney function across different patient groups.
The presentations occur at a major global nephrology conference, bringing together specialists to discuss the latest research and clinical practices in kidney disease management.
