Sobi, a Stockholm-based biopharmaceutical company, announced that it will present six research abstracts at the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) Convergence 2026 in Orlando, Florida, held from November 6 to 11.

The presentations will feature results from the Phase 3 REDUCE-2 study of pozdeutinurad and follow-up analyses from the DISSOLVE I/II Phase 3 trials investigating nanoencapsulated sirolimus plus pegadricase (NASP). Both therapies represent Sobi’s ongoing efforts to address the clinical challenges of uncontrolled gout.

Beyond clinical trial data, the company plans to share insights from real-world evidence and patient preference research regarding the management of chronic gout in the United States. These findings aim to provide a clearer picture of treatment outcomes outside of strictly controlled clinical environments.

Sobi continues to focus on developing therapies for rare and specialized diseases. By presenting at the ACR meeting, the company seeks to validate its pipeline candidates against current standard-of-care options for patients suffering from persistent gout symptoms.
