New features include an AI agent for patient and provider outreach, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorization coordination, cross-EHR connectivity, and eFax coordination.
These combined capabilities create a unified coordination layer across the medical referral workflow. They bring together activities that were previously fragmented across calls, portals, EHR systems, eFax, and manual follow-up.
