Sodexo deploys Sidetrade AI agents to manage accounts receivable

Sodexo, a global provider of food services and facilities management, has deployed Sidetrade's Aimie AI agents to manage its accounts receivable operations. The integration involves eight autonomous agents designed to handle payment reconciliation, invoice tracking, and customer communication.

Powered by Sidetrade’s data analytics, the software learns from individual customer payment histories to tailor interactions. The agents are natively connected to the Sidetrade O2C Intelligence platform, allowing the company to adjust collection strategies in real-time based on incoming data.

By automating routine billing tasks, Sodexo aims to reduce manual administrative work, enabling finance personnel to focus on deeper data analysis and account management. This move is part of a broader industry shift where large enterprises are increasingly adopting autonomous agents to streamline back-office financial functions.
