Paris, France – On May 23, 2011, HADES, a company comprising the management of the SOREDIS distribution group, completed the acquisition of the group's entire capital from Brasseries Kronenbourg, part of the Carlsberg Group. Sodica, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, acted as advisor to HADES in this transaction.

SOREDIS operates as a significant player in the supply and delivery of beverages and services, primarily serving the Café-Hotel-Restaurant (CHR) sector across northeastern France. The group operates approximately ten establishments and reported revenues of around €70 million in 2010, with notable operational profitability. SOREDIS employs 235 people.

The HADES project is led by François Guy, current president of SOREDIS and grandson of the founder, along with the group's management team. This acquisition aims to ensure the group's long-term sustainability and foster its future development.

HISTORY AND MARKET POSITION Founded in Reims in 1925 by Roger Guy, SOREDIS has grown progressively throughout northeastern France. The company has previously been acquired by Danone in 1996 and then by Scottish Newcastle in 2000, before becoming part of Carlsberg through Brasseries Kronenbourg.
