Solana Foundation Appoints Ex-Binance and Polygon Executives

The Solana Foundation has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of two key figures from the cryptocurrency industry. Rachel Conlan, formerly Global Chief Marketing Officer at Binance, has joined as Chief Strategy Officer. Jamal Raees, who previously held a leadership role at Polygon Labs, has been appointed as General Manager of Payments.

These appointments are part of Solana's ongoing strategy to deepen its engagement with institutional clients and expand its payment infrastructure. Conlan will be responsible for leading institutional partnerships, ecosystem growth, and overall strategy. Raees will focus on developing relationships with payment companies and enterprise clients.

Separately, a new crypto project named AlphaPepe has announced four partnerships with centralized exchanges (CEX) prior to its token's public launch. This early exchange preparation has generated investor interest.
