SOLENVIA Caregivers Signs Second Franchise Agreement, Awarding Three Territories in Connecticut

SOLENVIA Caregivers, a senior home care franchise, has finalized its second franchise agreement, awarding three territories in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This expansion brings the company's care model to more families within its home state.

The agreement marks SOLENVIA's first franchise expansion within Connecticut and follows its initial franchise deal in Tampa, Florida, just one month prior. The company has now established five franchise territories within its first year of franchising.

New franchisees Karen Lindstrom and Gordon Hurlbert bring extensive healthcare backgrounds. Lindstrom is a nurse anesthetist with 35 years of experience, and Hurlbert has over 25 years in healthcare education and patient care. They cited SOLENVIA's proven systems, caregiver transportation program, and 24-hour care capabilities as key factors in their decision.

Lindstrom and Hurlbert will manage different aspects of the business, with Lindstrom overseeing operations and hiring, and Hurlbert focusing on referral partnerships. They will receive support from Justin Brady, SOLENVIA's new Vice President of Franchise Operations. The company emphasizes its rapid caregiver placement, often within two to three hours, and its model of employing caregivers as W-2 employees.
