French food solutions company Solina has acquired Epicurean Butter, a US-based producer of specialty butter. Integris Partners advised Epicurean Butter on the sale.

Solina, a Paris-based food solutions company, has acquired Epicurean Butter, a United States-based manufacturer of specialty butter products. Integris Partners, Ltd. served as the exclusive financial advisor to Epicurean Butter, which was a portfolio company of HC Private Investments (HCPI).
Epicurean Butter specializes in the development and production of high-quality butter, including flavored and compound butters, for both the foodservice and retail sectors. The company is known for its focus on premium butter offerings.
The acquisition by Solina, a global player in the food industry, is expected to enhance its presence in the North American market. This move also expands Solina's product portfolio, particularly in butter-based product categories.
This transaction is anticipated to support the growth and expansion strategies of both companies. Specific financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
