Solos debuts lighter, camera-less version of smart glasses
Solos has announced a new iteration of its AirGo smart glasses, the AirGo A6, which omit cameras for a lighter design weighing around 19 grams. The glasses feature an AI assistant controlled by voice.

Solos has introduced the AirGo A6, a new version of its smart glasses that removes the camera for a lighter, sleeker profile and an AI assistant operated by voice commands. The previous AirGo A5 model weighed between 36 and 40 grams, whereas the new AirGo A6 weighs approximately 19 grams.
The significant weight reduction is achieved through thinner temple arms housing speakers, batteries, and other electronics. This positions the AirGo A6 as a notably lighter option compared to competitors like Meta's recent smart glasses, which weigh between 54 and 60 grams.
The AirGo A6 will also support full prescription lenses, increasing its accessibility for a wider range of users. Specific pricing and availability details for the new smart glasses have not yet been finalized by Solos.
The company is expected to release further details regarding the launch date and cost as production progresses.
