Sonal Ramrakhiani Appointed CEO of LatentView Analytics

LatentView Analytics, a company specializing in AI-driven analytics, data engineering, and consulting, announced on July 15, 2026, the appointment of Sonal Ramrakhiani as its Chief Executive Officer. Ramrakhiani brings over two decades of global leadership experience in scaling market-facing organizations and driving growth in the technology sector.

Ramrakhiani joins LatentView from Wipro, where she most recently led the Americas Engineering Edge business unit. Her background includes senior leadership roles within the Tata Group, including Tata Consultancy Services and Tata Technologies. She is expected to accelerate LatentView's global growth strategy, with a focus on expanding the company's presence in the Americas and Europe.

Rajan Sethuraman, who has served as CEO since 2019, will transition to the role of Strategic Advisor to the CEO. Sethuraman will support the organization and Ramrakhiani for up to six months to ensure a seamless leadership handover. He has been instrumental in guiding the company through significant growth, including its IPO and the acquisition of Decision Point.

The New Jersey-based company aims to help enterprises harness data and analytics for business transformation. With Ramrakhiani's appointment, LatentView Analytics intends to further its AI-first vision and strengthen its market position in the global data analytics landscape.
