Chinese technology firm Songdian has unveiled the "Bao Ke BK05" ultrathin compact camera, prioritizing a lightweight, portable, and fashionable design. The camera measures just 11.8mm in thickness and weighs approximately 84 grams, making it significantly smaller than typical compact cameras.
Technically, the BK05 features a 1/2-inch CMOS sensor capable of producing 48-megapixel photos and supporting 1080p Live Photos. Video capabilities include true 4K recording at 30 frames per second, with interpolated 5K recording also supported. Its built-in 1300mAh battery is advertised to last for about 2 hours of 4K video recording.
Functional features include a 5-level beauty mode, face slimming, and leg lengthening options. The camera also comes with 30 built-in filters and 10 scene modes. Photo transfer is supported via Wi-Fi wireless connection or a Type-C wired connection. The package includes a trendy lanyard and a matching camera bag.
