The company believes that consolidating employees back into the office will enhance inter-departmental collaboration and decision-making efficiency, thereby fostering the incubation and expansion of new business ventures. This move follows a trend among Japanese technology firms to reduce remote work flexibility.
Provisions for remote work will remain in place for employees with specific needs, such as childcare or family care responsibilities. SSS is also planning enhancements to its office spaces, including the creation of more areas designed for social interaction and dedicated zones for deep focus work.
