SOPHiA GENETICS Reports 25 Percent Revenue Growth in Third Quarter
SOPHiA GENETICS posted $24.3 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, marking a 25% year-over-year increase driven by U.S. market performance and BioPharma partnerships.

SOPHiA GENETICS, a provider of AI-driven precision medicine solutions, announced its third-quarter financial results for 2026, reporting revenue of $24.3 million. This represents a 25% increase compared to the same period in 2025. While the company reported a net loss of $20.3 million, its adjusted EBITDA loss improved by 31% year-over-year, settling at $6.1 million.
CEO Ross Muken attributed the growth to high volumes of genomic analyses and expansion within the BioPharma sector, including three material deals signed during the quarter. Notably, the company secured 30 new genomics customers and strengthened its presence in the North American market, where revenue grew by 45%.
Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $94 million to $96 million, noting that it expects to hit the upper end of this range. However, management cautioned that recent foreign exchange fluctuations could present headwinds for fourth-quarter performance.
