JINHUA, China – DMEGC Solar, recognized among the world's top 10 solar product manufacturers, has been included in S&P Global Energy's 2026 annual list of Tier 1 Cleantech Companies. This designation covers suppliers of solar PV modules, inverters, energy storage systems, and wind turbines, based on S&P Global Energy's rigorous six-criterion evaluation methodology.

The ranking methodology assesses factors including market presence, cumulative equipment delivery volume, annual market share, company size, global manufacturing diversification, financial performance, and sustainability considerations. S&P Global Energy selects companies for evaluation from the top 30 entities in each of five technology categories based on the previous year's highest global supply or installation volumes.

The Tier 1 certification aims to help clean technology suppliers differentiate themselves in a competitive market and enables developers and investors to more easily identify companies with proven track records and a strong foundation for long-term success. DMEGC Solar's inclusion reinforces its position as one of few module manufacturers simultaneously ranked Tier 1 by BNEF, S&P, and SMM.

DMEGC Solar operates six production facilities across China and Indonesia, with an annual production capacity of 23 GW for cells and 21 GW for modules, and has achieved cumulative worldwide deliveries exceeding 80 GW. The company has also demonstrated a firm commitment to sustainability, retaining its EcoVadis Gold Medal, achieving organizational carbon neutrality certification (ISO 14068), and operating carbon-neutral factories.

The company's robust financial health and market performance, indicated by a strong Altman-Z score and low debt-to-asset ratio, provide customers confidence in guarantee fulfillment throughout the product's 25-30 year lifecycle. Research firm Wood Mackenzie also ranked DMEGC Solar fifth in its 2025 global ranking of solar module manufacturers.
