Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy Notifies of Change in Holding in Optomed
Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy has notified Optomed Plc of a change in its aggregate holding of shares and voting rights. The funds' ownership stake in the company now stands at 4.91 percent.
Optomed Plc has received a notification from Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy regarding a change in the aggregate holding of the investment funds it manages in the company’s shares and voting rights.
According to the notification, the combined holding of Sp-Rahastoyhtiö’s managed funds, Säästöpankki Pienyhtiöt and Säästöpankki Kotimaa, in Optomed’s shares and voting rights amounted to 4.91 percent as of October 7, 2026.
The disclosure was made in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act (SMA), which requires notification of significant changes in shareholdings in publicly listed companies.
Optomed develops and manufactures retinal cameras and imaging solutions for the diagnosis of eye diseases. The company is listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange.
