Spaces Co-working Brand Launches in Luxembourg
International Workplace Group (IWG) is launching its Spaces co-working brand in Luxembourg with two new locations opening by the end of 2019. The combined spaces will be the largest of their kind in the country.

International Workplace Group (IWG) is expanding its network of flexible workspaces by opening its first two Spaces locations in Luxembourg City by the end of 2019. The company announced that the new facilities will collectively represent the largest co-working spaces in the country, catering to the growing business and startup ecosystem within the financial hub.
The primary location, Luxembourg Spaces Place Central Station, will occupy 6,400 square meters across seven floors in the newly renovated Impulse building near Place de la Gare. This facility aims to provide a dynamic work environment with dedicated desks, shared offices, and meeting rooms. The Impulse building has achieved BREEAM certification, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
A second site, Spaces Boulevard Royal, will open concurrently in the former BGL BNP Paribas building. IWG also has plans for a third 4,500 square meter location in the Gasperich district, scheduled for opening in 2022.
With Luxembourg's status as a major financial center and a burgeoning startup scene, the introduction of Spaces is intended to support professional flexibility and collaboration. The brand focuses on creating inspiring work environments for entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies, facilitating networking and work-life balance.
