SpaceX projects Q4 revenue near $25 billion amid shift in income sources

Elon Musk forecasts a 70% quarter-over-quarter revenue increase for SpaceX in Q4 2026, driven by growth in AI computing services.

7 November 2026

SpaceX expects its fourth-quarter revenue to reach approximately $25 billion, according to CEO Elon Musk at the Barron's Investment Conference. This projection follows a reported $14.575 billion in revenue for the third quarter of 2026.

Musk indicated that the company’s revenue composition is shifting, with reliance on U.S. government contracts falling below 10%, down from 16.6% in the previous quarter. Simultaneously, the company's AI computing business has emerged as a primary growth driver, with Anthropic identified as its largest single client.

Following these disclosures, SpaceX shares rose over 8% on Friday, marking the company’s largest single-day gain in three months. The firm is currently targeting a $100 billion annualized revenue run rate by the end of December, with projections reaching $500 billion by the end of 2027.
