Organized by ICEX/Foods and Wines from Spain in collaboration with the Trade Commission of Spain in New York, the gathering aimed to highlight the diversity, quality, and innovation within Spain's food and beverage industry. Key features of the event included expert-led wine masterclasses and a new series of food workshops. Masterclasses were led by notable figures such as Ferran Centelles, former sommelier at elBulli. The food workshops delved into artisanal ingredients, regional traditions, and culinary applications, including sessions on olive oils and cheeses from Murcia.
