Specialty Program Group Appoints Victoria Dearing to Senior Leadership Role

Specialty Program Group (SPG) has announced the appointment of Victoria Dearing as Senior Vice President of SPG ExecuPro, the company’s executive and professional liability division. Dearing joins the organization with over 45 years of experience in the insurance sector, specializing in professional liability, cyber insurance, and complex risk management.

Prior to joining SPG, Dearing served as a senior vice president and managing broker at a national brokerage firm. Her career includes developing insurance programs and serving as an adjunct professor. In her new role, she will work within the SPG Wholesale unit to provide retail brokers with specialized insurance market access and solutions for intricate professional exposures.

Amanda Sedliak, President of SPG ExecuPro, stated that the addition of Dearing is intended to improve the company's technical capabilities in handling unusual risks. The appointment follows SPG's ongoing strategy of expanding its underwriting, brokerage, and consulting services, with a focus on scaling specialty insurance operations.
