Speechify's Simba 3.2 Ranks First in Independent Voice AI Benchmark
Speechify's new text-to-speech model, Simba 3. 2, has achieved the top position in an independent Voice AI benchmark, surpassing several industry leaders.

Speechify's artificial intelligence-driven text-to-speech model, Simba 3.2, has claimed the number one spot on an independent Voice AI benchmark, outperforming key industry players.
The benchmark, which uses a blind listening test methodology similar to Chatbot Arena, ranked Simba 3.2 as the leading real-time model within its price category. This positions Speechify ahead of notable competitors such as ElevenLabs, Cartesia, OpenAI, and Google DeepMind.
Historically, the text-to-speech industry has faced a trade-off between voice quality, latency, and cost. High-fidelity models were often expensive, affordable options sounded robotic, and speed improvements sometimes came at the expense of quality or language support. Simba 3.2 reportedly breaks this paradigm by offering high-quality, natural-sounding speech with low latency at a competitive price point.
The benchmarks employed, including Artificial Analysis and Voice Arena, are independent and rely on native speakers evaluating audio clips without knowing their origin to determine which sounds most natural.
Speechify aims to provide developers with a solution that can reduce costs and enhance user experiences for applications such as voice agents, phone systems, and real-time readers.
