Spheros Environmental Acquires Panorama Environmental, Expands Western U.S. Expertise
Spheros Environmental has acquired Panorama Environmental, Inc., a San Francisco-based firm specializing in environmental planning. The deal expands Spheros's presence and expertise in California and the Western U.S.
DENVER, Sept. 15, 2026 – Nationwide environmental consulting firm Spheros Environmental announced today it has completed the acquisition of Panorama Environmental, Inc., a San Francisco-based company focused on environmental planning.
The acquisition is expected to significantly enhance Spheros's capabilities in California and its expertise in navigating CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) and NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) compliance. Panorama Environmental's experience in environmental impact assessments for large infrastructure and development projects will complement Spheros's existing service offerings.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Panorama Environmental employees will be integrated into Spheros Environmental, and the combined entity will operate under the Spheros Environmental name. Spheros Environmental has historically focused on environmental consulting for the energy and natural resources sectors.
