Spill Games Raises $10.5 Million for AI-Led Mobile Gaming Expansion
Mobile gaming studio Spill Games has secured $10.5 million in Series A funding. The capital will be used to scale existing games, enhance AI capabilities, and acquire users.

Mobile gaming studio Spill Games announced it has raised $10.5 million (approximately ₹100 Cr) in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investors Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital.
The Bengaluru-based startup intends to use the new capital to scale its current games, expand its development pipeline, strengthen its AI and technology capabilities through its Compass engine, acquire users, and selectively grow its team.
Founded in 2024, Spill Games develops free-to-play casual, puzzle, and hybrid-casual mobile games for a global audience, employing an AI-led, portfolio-driven studio model. Its proprietary Compass engine integrates tools for analytics, player retention, monetization, and live operations, aiming for significantly faster development cycles than traditional methods.
The studio currently has six games in its portfolio, including titles like Cozy Finds and Zen Math Crossword. Spill Games previously raised $3.1 million in seed funding in April. The company operates outside the real-money gaming sector, positioning it differently within the evolving Indian gaming market.
