Patrick English, sole owner of Sprint Data Solutions, stated that the initiative is structured around clearly defined responsibilities that align with the company's established business capabilities. Sprint Data Solutions, with 16 years of operation and seven-figure annual revenues, intends to leverage its existing experience in marketing data and business services for applicable government contracting opportunities.

English, a 100% disabled veteran and former air traffic controller, highlighted the relevance of principles from air traffic control—such as preparation, coordination, and accountability—to developing effective contracting teams. Potential partnership structures are expected to primarily involve subcontracting arrangements, where Sprint Data Solutions performs a specified portion of work under a prime contractor.

The company emphasizes that its participation does not guarantee contract awards and that each potential relationship will be rigorously evaluated based on solicitation requirements and the company's capabilities. Only tasks that can be documented and performed within its capacity or through qualified personnel will be considered.
