Spun Global and Panorama JTB Form Visa Services Joint Venture

Visa platform Spun Global and Indonesian travel company Panorama JTB Tours, part of Panorama Group, have established a joint venture named PT Solutopia Untuk Panorama. This new entity will provide visa services for Indonesians traveling abroad.

The venture aims to digitize and streamline the visa processing workflow, encompassing application intake, document checks, and submission through a unified system. Spun Global's technology will support Panorama JTB Tours' visa operations. The companies stated this setup is designed to reduce manual work and ensure consistency in visa handling as travel volumes grow.

Initially, the joint venture will focus on outbound visa services for Indonesian citizens. Future plans include expanding the service across the entire Panorama Group and potentially supporting foreign visitors traveling to Indonesia.

The partnership comes as outbound travel from Indonesia continues to rise. Statistics Indonesia (BPS) recorded approximately 802,000 outbound trips in July 2026, a 4.68% increase from June. Spun Global previously raised $1.8 million in seed funding in early 2026.
