Squabble Launches AI-Powered Platform for Small Claims

Squabble International, Inc. has launched squabble.ai, a new online platform dedicated to streamlining the process of filing small claims across the United States. The platform integrates "Sophie," an AI intake assistant, with professionally prepared legal documents and nationwide filing capabilities.

Many individuals with valid claims forgo legal action due to the complexity of the process. Small claims court, designed for self-representation, can be daunting with its unfamiliar forms, court-specific rules, and service requirements. Squabble aims to make this process more accessible.

The service begins with users describing their situation to Sophie. Squabble then generates a demand letter at no cost. Users can choose from tiered service levels: "Credible Threat" includes the demand letter and court-ready documents; "File Now" adds the filing of the claim and case management features; and "Dedicated Case Agent" provides personalized support throughout the case lifecycle.

"Most people with a real claim never file it because the process was built to outlast them. Squabble puts the chaos in order: the forms, the courts, the deadlines, the service of process. You tell Sophie what happened. We handle the paper," said Michael Egenthal, founder and CEO of Squabble. The company, which has processed over 13,000 claims, utilizes patented technology and operates under attorney supervision.

Looking ahead, Squabble is developing "Truce by Squabble," a neutral resolution layer anticipated in 2027. This service will provide a structured environment for parties to respond, review documents, and exchange proposals to attempt resolution before court intervention. Squabble remains neutral throughout all its services.
