S&T Deutschland and hamcos IT Service rebrand under Axians
Axians strengthens its IT operations in Germany by rebranding S&T Deutschland and hamcos IT Service under the Axians name. The name change completes the integration following a prior acquisition.
Axians in Germany has announced the rebranding of its German entities, S&T Deutschland and hamcos IT Service, under the Axians brand. This move is part of the integration process following VINCI Energies' acquisition of a significant portion of Kontron AG's (formerly S&T AG) IT services business, completed in December 2022.
S&T Deutschland, including its divisions XTRO, Axino Solutions, and S&T Digitalagentur, will now operate as Axians IT Business Solutions GmbH. hamcos IT Service GmbH will be known as Axians hamcos GmbH. Both companies will adopt Axians' unified corporate identity and are organizationally integrated into the IT & Managed Services business division.
The rebranding enhances Axians' expertise in areas such as software development, system integration, cloud computing, predictive maintenance, and cybersecurity. hamcos contributes specialized knowledge in cloud, data center, and digital workspace solutions, particularly serving public sector clients and medium-sized businesses in the Sigmaringen region.
Jacques Diaz, CEO of Axians Germany, stated that the rebranding reinforces the reliability and professionalism customers associate with Axians. The expanded expertise and synergies allow Axians to offer a comprehensive ICT portfolio for digitalization, more effectively supporting clients through their digital transformation challenges. Over 200 new employees are welcomed as part of the Axians brand.
