St. Francis House and the Planning Office for Urban Affairs have completed the construction of a new 19-story residential tower located on LaGrange Street in downtown Boston. The completion ceremony was attended by Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll, Archbishop Richard G. Henning, and Mayor Michelle Wu.
