StableKlin Platform to Help Cleaning Businesses Detect Customer Behaviour Shifts
Nigerian startup StableKlin has launched a behavioural intelligence platform aimed at helping cleaning businesses identify subtle changes in customer engagement before they lead to churn.

Nigerian company StableKlin has developed a behavioural intelligence platform to assist cleaning businesses and other recurring service providers in detecting shifts in customer behaviour. The platform aims to identify when a customer's engagement is decreasing, a trend often difficult to spot until it is too late.
While many cleaning businesses track bookings and customer data, they often lack tools to identify early warning signs of declining customer loyalty. Customers typically do not announce they are leaving; instead, they may reduce booking frequency, delay appointments, or become less predictable over time.
Founded by Dehinde Sogbanmu, who experienced this challenge running his own cleaning business, StableKlin analyzes patterns such as booking frequency, time since last service, and changes in scheduling habits. The goal is to provide business owners with greater visibility into customer stability, enabling proactive measures to strengthen retention.
StableKlin focuses on identifying deviations from normal customer behaviour before they impact revenue. The self-funded startup has prioritized validating its core problem and refining the product based on user feedback. It is currently seeking cleaning business owners to test the platform.
While initially focused on the UK cleaning industry, StableKlin anticipates its principles can be applied across various recurring service sectors, including facilities management and home services, where customer retention is crucial for growth.
