StackRails launches platform to provide enterprise context for AI coding agents
StackRails introduces a graph-based tool that maps enterprise code and system dependencies to help AI agents generate more accurate and compatible software code.

Dublin-based startup StackRails has released a platform designed to bridge the gap between AI coding agents and complex enterprise system architectures. The tool uses proprietary graph technology to map dependencies across codebases, infrastructure, APIs, and development policies, providing AI agents with the necessary context before they generate code.
According to founder Alexander Wheeler, AI agents often struggle in multi-repository environments, frequently introducing incompatible changes that cause downstream issues. StackRails attempts to mitigate this by validating AI-generated pull requests against established company guidelines, allowing teams to automate architecture reviews and identify potential risks early in the development lifecycle.
The platform is designed to integrate with existing coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, rather than replacing them. In addition to validation, the system serves as a live documentation tool, providing teams with a visual map of how their systems function. StackRails will showcase its technology at the Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo in Barcelona this November.
