The core business of STADEL focuses on IT and telecommunications, providing clients with everything from servers and workstations to telephone systems. While primarily serving its regional market, STADEL caters to a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, trades, and commerce, typically serving businesses with 5 to 120 workstations.

In recent years, STADEL's operational scope has significantly evolved to meet growing customer demands. The company has shifted from a reactive support model to offering proactive, comprehensive solutions. This includes expanding services beyond hardware and telephony to encompass firmware updates, patch management, and system monitoring. Additionally, STADEL manages the technical onboarding and offboarding of employees for clients, establishes processes, and defines user access rights.

A notable implementation involves a cloud-based telephone system for an accounting firm with three locations. The firm transitioned from an on-premise system to a cloud solution integrated with DATEV via the estos platform, replacing desk phones with headsets. A key benefit of the cloud system is its ability to automatically switch to LTE if the internet connection fails, ensuring uninterrupted telephony.
