STAK Energy and ExxonMobil Sign 15-Year North Slope Natural Gas Agreement
STAK Energy Corporation and ExxonMobil Alaska Production have finalized a 15-year gas supply deal to power a new facility in Northern Alaska.

STAK Energy Corporation and ExxonMobil Alaska Production Inc. have entered into a 15-year Gas Sale Agreement aimed at unlocking natural gas reserves in Alaska’s North Slope. The contract secures a long-term fuel supply for a new power generation facility intended to serve local energy needs.
For years, gas resources in the North Slope region have remained stranded due to a lack of local pipeline and processing infrastructure. This agreement establishes a formal mechanism to bring that supply to market, marking a shift in how resource developers manage Alaskan hydrocarbon assets.
The collaboration provides STAK Energy with the necessary feedstock to move forward with its power project. While the deal focuses on internal regional requirements, industry analysts note that the ability to access stranded gas assets is increasingly critical for infrastructure development in remote arctic conditions.
