Stayntouch PMS Migration Completed Across Imperial London Hotels Portfolio

Stayntouch, a provider of cloud-based property management systems (PMS) and guest-centric technology, announced the completion of a full PMS migration across Imperial London Hotels' portfolio. The rollout concluded with the successful cutover of the 1,379-room Royal National Hotel, the largest hotel in Western Europe and the largest property to join the Stayntouch platform in EMEA to date.

Imperial London Hotels, with a history of almost 200 years in London's Bloomsbury, selected Stayntouch to modernize its operations and support a more efficient front desk at scale across its seven distinct properties.

The phased migration, completed without disruption, included the Morton, Bedford, Tavistock, President, City Sleeper, Royal National, and The Imperial hotels. The implementation also streamlined integrations for single sign-on, invoicing, and financial reporting. Additionally, digital registration cards and self-service kiosks are accelerating check-in and check-out for guests across all seven properties.
