Stelcore Provides Operational Layer for Direct-to-Consumer Brands
Indian company Stelcore assists brands in managing complex direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations by offering an integrated software layer that connects e-commerce storefronts with physical fulfillment.

Indian technology firm Stelcore offers a solution for managing the intricate operations of direct-to-consumer (D2C) business models. The company's platform connects brands' e-commerce storefronts with their physical fulfillment processes, streamlining order management, inventory control, and logistics.
Stelcore acts as an intermediary between a brand's online store and the infrastructure required to fulfill orders. It integrates order management systems, warehouses, payment systems, and logistics partners in real-time. This enables a seamless process from order receipt to customer delivery, without each component requiring separate management.
Founded in 2012 by Bharat Mandot, the company initially focused on cross-border commerce and compliance. Today, Stelcore supports over 300 clients in India, processing approximately 1.5 million orders monthly. Its clientele includes major brands such as GSK, Cipla Health, Zydus, Philips, Hero, and HUL.
As D2C models grow, traditional distribution chains are not always suitable. Stelcore's solution helps brands optimize delivery speed, costs, and inventory efficiency. The platform provides access to over 260 fulfillment locations across more than 150 cities, ensuring the most efficient method for fulfilling each order.
