Stellantis US Sales Flat in Q3, Ram Surges, Jeep Declines
Stellantis reported US sales of 324,277 vehicles in Q3 2026, a negligible 0.2% decrease year-over-year. Ram truck sales saw a significant jump, while Jeep experienced a notable decline.

Stellantis announced its Q3 2026 US sales figures, delivering 324,277 new vehicles, a slight decrease of 0.2% from the 324,825 units sold in the same period last year. For the first nine months of 2026, total US sales reached 958,463 vehicles, marking a 3% increase year-to-date.
The overall stable sales masked significant brand performance disparities. Ram, particularly its pickup trucks, emerged as a key growth driver, with sales surging 29% to 134,072 units in the quarter. This robust performance helped offset a 20% decline in Jeep sales, which fell to 128,542 units. Ram's substantial increase in sales nearly balanced out Jeep's losses.
Chrysler maintained its sales volume, selling 34,494 vehicles, largely driven by the aging but still popular Pacifica minivan, which saw a 6% increase in sales. Dodge experienced a modest 2% sales growth. Notably, the Dodge Charger with an internal combustion engine outsold the new electric Charger Daytona by a significant margin, with 3,446 units sold compared to just 233.
Luxury brands Alfa Romeo and Fiat continued to struggle in the US market. Alfa Romeo's sales plummeted by 65% to 569 units, while Fiat's sales dropped by 83% to a mere 54 vehicles for the quarter. Both brands face significant challenges in gaining traction with US consumers.
