Stendörren acquires warehouse and light industrial property in Vallentuna for SEK 49 million

Stendörren Fastigheter AB has completed the acquisition of a warehouse and light industrial property located in the Okvista industrial area of Vallentuna municipality. The agreed property value for the transaction is approximately SEK 49 million.

The property comprises a total leasable area of approximately 3,000 square meters. It is currently fully occupied by nine different tenants, with an average remaining lease term of approximately 1.8 years.

The initial estimated annual net operating income from the property is projected to be around SEK 3.0 million. The company indicated that the property possesses significant future potential.

This acquisition is part of Stendörren's strategy to expand its portfolio of industrial and logistics properties.
